Marlene is a top Cincinnati, Ohio agent. As a full time real estate agent and certified English teacher, her community is very important to her. Graduating from Stetson University in Florida with a BA in English, Marlene went on to complete her master’s degree from IUSE with honors. Earning a real estate license and working in the Real Estate industry beginning in 1986 has shaped Marlene into a knowledgeable, caring professional who consistently delivers award winning service to her seller and buyer clients. She has extensive knowledge in working with builders and finding the perfect lots for her clients’ homes. She currently holds Ohio and Georgia real estate licenses. The EZ Sales Team became Marlene’s team in 2022 because, like the EZ Sales Team, Marlene is driven to provide a professional, enjoyable, worry-free experience for every transaction participant.
For Marlene, part of delivering phenomenal service is staying current on the market trends, regional happenings while providing community leadership in the field of Education. Marlene has organized and participated in fund-raising events as a sponsor of the National Junior Honor Society. Those familiar with her work reported she demonstrated the ability to stay focused and “unflappable” despite what was going on around her. As a treasurer for the PTSA, Marlene managed sizable funds to earn the trust of PTSA board members.
